What the enquiry form collects

The form asks for your name, a message and at least one way to reply: an email address or phone number. Do not include sensitive information that Ronnie does not need to answer a lesson enquiry.

How the information is used

The details are used to answer your enquiry, discuss lesson arrangements and keep any necessary record of the conversation. Form messages are processed by Web3Forms and delivered to Ronnie by email. Web3Forms states that it does not retain form submissions, although its temporary server logs may contain personal information. Ronnie keeps messages only for as long as reasonably needed for those purposes or a legal obligation.

The 19th Hole prize round

The prize game uses a browser identifier, a secure cookie and a server record to provide one prize attempt per person. The server records the attempt ID, score, prize type, creation and expiry dates, and protected hashes derived from basic connection and browser information. The raw IP address is not stored in the prize record. These checks help prevent repeated attempts without using more information than the offer reasonably needs.

Winners are asked for their name and email address before a unique code is issued. Ronnie uses those details to administer the prize, verify the code and discuss the lesson. Codes expire after 30 days; the record also shows whether and when a code was redeemed. Practice-round scores are not saved as prize results.

Tracking and external services

Google Analytics uses consent mode. Its tag loads with analytics storage denied, so analytics cookies are not read or written unless you choose “Allow analytics”; Google may still receive limited cookieless measurements while consent is denied. Microsoft Clarity does not load unless you allow analytics. If allowed, Google Analytics measures visits and page use, while Clarity provides usage patterns such as heatmaps and session recordings. Advertising storage stays disabled. These services may process page, device and interaction information and set analytics identifiers. Clarity masks input-box and drop-down contents in every masking mode, and the enquiry form is explicitly masked as an additional safeguard. WhatsApp, telephone and Google Maps links open only when you choose them; those services then apply their own privacy terms. The golf game also stores its sound preference and whether a prize attempt has been used in your browser. Web3Forms says its service is hosted in the United States.

Your choices

You can ask Ronnie what information he holds about your enquiry, request a correction or ask for it to be deleted where there is no reason it must be kept. You can allow or decline analytics when first asked and change that choice later with “Cookie settings” in the footer. Withdrawing consent returns Google Analytics to consent-denied mode and stops Clarity from loading on the next page view. Call or text 07818 604083.
